How to make
Activate the yeast in warm milk with a little sugar and flour. Beat the eggs with the milk.
Sift the flour and add the egg mixture to it in lots. Knead a soft, stretchy dough. Put it in a bowl in a warm area to rise.
Then divide it into 5-6 balls, roll out each one into a sheet, cut each of those into 8 triangles.
Put a little feta cheese in each and roll up into a croissant. Arrange them in a tray, with some space in between them, leave them to rise. Smear with an egg yolk beaten with milk and oil and bake at 340°F (170 °C).
