How to make
Wash the nettles, pour 8 cups of water over them and boil them until they soften. In a deep pot, melt the butter along with the oil and fry the flour in it until it aquires a golden color.
Add the paprika, stir and immediately add the nettle and the water from it.
Place it back onto the heated hob and once it boils, beat the eggs and add them to the porridge. Remove it from the heat and crumble the white cheese - stir everything.
Serve the nettle porridge warm and if you like you can sprinkle it with black pepper.
