Ingredients

  • chicken drumsticks - 1 pc.
  • peas - 1.7 lb (800 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomato juice - 5 fl oz (150 ml)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • savory herb - 1 pinch
  • bay leaf - 1 leaf
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 2 - 3 pinches
  • paprika - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - several grains

How to make

Wash and boil the chicken drumstick. Wait for it to cool and cut it into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a little olive oil.

Then add the tomato juice. When the liquid from the tomato juice evaporates, place the products in a pot and pour hot water over them.

Once everything boils, add the strained peas, the chicken meat and season with spices (black pepper, paprika, savory herb, salt and bay leaf).

Mix the flour with a few spoons of water, stir well, add that to the soup and let it boil for a few more minutes.
