How to make
Cream soup with peas and leeks, which is very suitable for einkorn bread.
Melt the butter in a pot. Fry the leeks and garlic. Add the finely chopped potatoes and after a few minutes the peas. Season with salt.
Pour the broth and boil, until the vegetables are fully cooked. Remove the pot from the heat and blend the vegetable soup with a liquidizer. Add the cooking cream and place the pot back onto the hob.
Boil the pea cream soup for about five minutes and turn off the heat.
Serve the cream soup warm and sprinkled with black pepper.
