How to make
Wash the mango well and dry it. Peel and cut it into cubes. Add the oil and lemon juice to it. Blend it.
Peel and finely grate the ginger.
Add it to the sauce along with the lemon grass, sambal, sour cream, salt and black pepper. Season with cayenne pepper.
The sauce is suitable for salads with poultry and rice, as well as for spicy vegetable salads.
