Ingredients

  • egg whites - 4 pc.
  • granulated sugar - 6 tbsp for each 1 eggwhite
  • vanilla powder - 1 tsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Add the sugar to the egg white gradually, while whipping to soft peaks. Pour in the vanilla powder and vinegar and keep whipping.

The mix should be quite solid and stiff.

Transfer to a piping bag and form the maringue cookies on a sheet of baking paper.

Bake/dry the meringues in the oven at 210°F (100 degrees).
