How to make
Beat the egg yolks with the vinegar into a hard foam, then add the sugar and vanilla to them while stirring nonstop.
Once you get a smooth homogeneous mixture, stop stirring and fill the mixture into a pastry bag (or small plastic bag with a hole cut into it), prepare 2 oven dishes with baking paper. Squeeze the cream out into a small dot, then squeeze more cream around it, to form a dense, thin spiral.
Make the spirals/circles the same size, about the size of your typical round biscuit, then bake them in a low oven at 260°F (125 °C) for about 15 min.
Don't let the meringues change color, they just need to dry completely.
Once they're ready, bake the second oven dish of meringues and leave them to cool completely. Once they do, grate 2/3 of the chocolate, melt the rest of it in a plastic bag in the microwave or in a water bath.
Form a sandwich of 3 meringues, while putting grated chocolate in between them and decorating the very top with the melted chocolate. Finish off with washed and dried strawberries.
