  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vanilla
  • salt - a pinch
  • red confectionery paint - a few drops

How to make

Put the egg whites along with the salt in the bowl of the mixer and turn it on at low speed.

Wait a while and when it starts to form a slight foam, add the sugar in small amounts.

Increase the speed and beat, until the cream with egg whites is well whipped.
