Put the egg whites along with the salt in the bowl of the mixer and turn it on at low speed.
Wait a while and when it starts to form a slight foam, add the sugar in small amounts.
Increase the speed and beat, until the cream with egg whites is well whipped.
Just before turning it off, add the confectionery paint, so that it has time to color evenly.
The meringue cream is ready.
