How to make
Put the biscuits in a blender. Crush them finely. Melt 2.1 oz (60 g) of butter and add it. Grind well again until crumbs are obtained.
Prepare six glasses in which you will make the orange parfait. Spread the biscuits on the bottom of the glasses and press them down.
Grab a pot, pour the milk and put it on the stove on medium heat to heat up. Add the brown sugar and stir.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, flour and water until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then pour this mixture into the milk, add the vanilla essence and stir continuously until it thickens.
When it thickens, remove from the heat, add the remaining 2.1 oz (60 g) of butter and stir. Distribute the parfait mixture in the glasses on the biscuits and leave them to cool.
While they cool, squeeze the oranges and lemon. The amount of juice should be 2 cups (500 ml), which in my case I got from 7 large fruits. Add honey and mix.
Dissolve the gelatin in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes. Then melt it in a water bath and add it to the orange juice.
Mix well and distribute it in the glasses. Leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before serving, cut fresh orange slices and add one to each glass of orange parfait.
Enjoy!
