How to make
Drain yogurt. Add lemon juice to it, then finely ground nuts, jar of jam and 3 egg whites beaten into snow. All this is mixed by gradually stirring.
Separately dissolve 1 tablespoon gelatin in 1 cup of lukewarm water. Melt on low heat and when it has cooled, add to the previous mixture.
Pour into a suitable container and leave in the freezer for about 3 hours. Take it out and turn it over in a cake plate. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
