How to make
Beat the cream until fluffy but don't overdo it.
Add the yogurt mixed with sugar and lemon peel to it.
Add the gelatin, pre-soaked in a little cold water and then melted in a water bath or in the microwave.
Pour half of the cream into a suitable silicone mold. Sprinkle with the muesli and arrange the fruit, I used melon.
Pour the remaining cream and place the mold in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
Dip the mold briefly in hot water and carefully turn the parfait onto a tray.
The muesli parfait is ready.
