  • sugar - 2 cups
  • eggs - 4
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • water - 2 tablespoons
  • gelatin - 3 tablespoons
  • cocoa - 3 tablespoons
  • vanilla - 2 powders
  • biscuits - 1 pack
  • oil - for spreading

How to make

Boil 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of milk with 1 cup of sugar. Separately beat 4 yolks with 3 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of water. Add them to the boiling milk and boil for 5 minutes.

Soak 3 tablespoons of gelatin in 1/2 cup water for about 10 minutes to form a paste and add it to the milk, cook for 1-2 minutes. Beat 4 egg whites with 1 cup sugar into snow and add them to the mixture that you've removed from the fire, stir well and add the vanilla.

Divide it into 3 equal parts, color one with the cocoa. In an oiled tray, pour the white part and cover with biscuits dipped in milk, then pour in the brown mixture, place biscuits and then the final white mixture.

Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
