Ingredients

  • yogurt - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
  • biscuits - 10 ordinary
  • vanilla - 2 powders
  • jam - 1 small jar of your choice (with whole fruit)
  • gelatin - 2
  • sugar - 6 - 8 tbsp

How to make

Grind the biscuits in a blender or food processor until they turn to crumbs. Combine and mix them with yogurt, sugar, vanilla and chopped fruit jam.

Dissolve the gelatin in about 2/3 cup (150 ml) water, melt it gently in a water bath and pour the cream in a trickle. Stir vigorously until you get a smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture into a large form. Put it in the refrigerator to set. After several hours, the biscuit parfait will be ready for consumption.
