How to make
Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the packet.
Wash and peel the beetroot and grate it roughly.
Peel the apple and grate it, as well.
Mix the cooked bulgur, beetroot and apple in a bowl.
Chop the parsley and garlic finely, and add them to the salad. Season with olive oil, lemon juice and salt, to taste.
Mix the salad and serve with roasted walnuts.
