Ingredients

  • beetroot - 14 oz (400 g)
  • carrots - 7 oz (200 g)
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • green apples - 1 pc.
  • raw pumpkin seeds - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • lemons - the peel and juice of half a lemon
  • salt - by taste
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp.
  • lemons - for decoration

How to make

The carrots and raw beetroots are grated on a coarse side of a grater.

Cut the avocado and apple into cubes. Mix everything, then add the pumpkin seeds and grated lemon peel.

Season with salt, lemon juice and olive oil and stir.

The salad is served shaped with the help of a ring from and decorated with lemon slices.

Note: The amount of lemon juice and olive oil may vary according to your taste.
