Ingredients

  • cherries - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • water - 7 oz (200 g)
  • white wine - 1 and 1/2 wine glasses
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • cornflakes - for decoration

How to make

Remove the seeds from the cherries and mix them with the water, white wine and sugar.

Place them on the stove and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Let it simmer for about 15 minutes, then remove it from the heat.

Using a mixer or blender, blend the mixture.

Place it in the refrigerator to cool.

When serving, decorate it with cream and cornflakes.
