Ingredients

  • eggs - 8 pcs. (hard boiled)
  • minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g) (beef)
  • pressed garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
  • spring onions - 2 stalks (finely chopped)
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 4 tbsp.
  • beaten eggs - 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • olive oil - for drizzling

How to make

Mix the minced meat with the crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, parsley, cumin and black pepper. Mix the mixture well and divide it into 8 parts.

With wet hands, flatten each part, place a hard-boiled egg and wrap it with the minced meat.

Shape them into a ball shape. Roll each ball in flour, then in the egg and finally, in the breadcrumbs.

Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle them with olive oil and bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for 30 minutes.
