How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half to cook faster and make the puree fluffy. Boil them in salted water with garlic.
In order to see if they're ready, check them with a fork. If the fork enters and exits the potatoes easily, then they are ready. The potatoes are separated in another container and about 1 cup of the broth, in which they were boiled in, is added to them. Mash them well with a potato press.
The garlic cloves are mashed well with a fork and added to the potatoes. While everything is hot, add the butter and stir until it melts.
Then add 1 cup (200 ml) of slightly warmed milk (maybe more or less depending on how thick you prefer the puree). Now it is ready and very fragrant.
Enjoy your meal!
