How to make
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces and boil them in salted water.
While they are still hot, grate them on a coarse grater or mash them with a press.
Add salt to taste, a little butter and cooking cream.
Add as much cream you want, in order to achieve the desired consistency.
Stir the sweet potato and potato puree until smooth and it is ready to be served. It is suitable as a side dish. Try it!
