How to make
Put the vegetables in a pot of water and bring it to a boil. After about half an hour, remove the vegetables and place them in cold water.
After they have cooled down, transfer the vegetables into a bowl and cut them into pieces. Add the cottage cheese, cream, eggs, salt, flour and mix until the mixture is evenly mixed.
Grease a baking form with margarine and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle the mixture with grated Gouda cheese.
Put the pie in the oven at 300°F (150 degrees) for 1 hour. Check the pie from time to time.
Wait for the savory pie to cool down before cutting into it.
