How to make
Divide the dough into three parts, shape them into balls, coat them with oil and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, beat 4 eggs, mix them with the crumbled feta cheese. Roll out each ball into a sheet with a thickness of 1/4″ (0.5 cm), smear it well with soft butter and sprinkle it with the stuffing.
Roll it up into a roll, cut it to pieces with lengths of 1″ (3 cm). Arrange them with the cut facing up in a baking dish, thoroughly greased with oil. Allow to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Brush the top with the beaten egg, sprinkle it with sesame or poppy seeds.
Bake in a moderate oven at 340°F (170 °C) for 30-40 minutes.
