How to make
Divide up the dough into small balls, stretch out each like a fritter, place crumbled feta cheese on top, cover and shape them into balls, with the feta cheese in the middle.
Arrange the buns in an oiled tray with some space in between them, leave them to rise, cover with a plastic sheet.
After they rise, smear them with an egg yolk. Bake at 360°F (180 °C).
