  • rose petals - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • sugar - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • citric acid - 1 1/2 tsp

How to make

The rose petals need to be well cleaned of the stamens and yellow parts.

Prepare a runny syrup from the sugar and water, and once it starts to thicken, add the rose petals and citric acid, diluted with a little cool water.

Boil the jam for about 5-6 minutes and then remove from the heat. While still hot, pour it into the jars and close them, then store them in a dark place.
