How to make
Put about 7 cups (1.5 liters) of water to heat up on the stove. Once it boils, put the pre-chopped onions and carrots in it.
Boil it for about 15 minutes and add the cauliflower, broken up into small pieces, diced potatoes and peeled and grated tomatoes. Season with savory herb, the vegetable seasoning, salt and oil.
Boil until the vegetables have softened, for another 20 minutes and add the noodles. Boil the soup for another 6-7 minutes.
Remove it from the heat and serve it with finely chopped parsley and lemon juice, if desired.
