How to make
Clean the potatoes and carrots and chop them finely. Together with the cleaned green beans, peas and chickpeas, pour them into a pressure cooker and top them up with enough hot water.
Add the oil and close the pressure cooker. Allow to boil for 15 minutes after turning it on. Once cooled a bit, open the pressure cooker and add the spices and vermicelli. Put the vegetable soup back for 6-7 minutes on the stove to boil.
Then remove it from the heat and add a little crushed green onion or parsley.
