How to make
Put oil at the bottom of a deep pot, along with the finely chopped onions. Grate the carrot and add it with a little water to the pot. Chop the potatoes finely and put them to boil.
Add the finely chopped peppers and tomato sauce. Once the potatoes soften, add the peas with the vermicelli. In the meantime, add the broth and salt to taste.
Once the soup is ready, wait a bit for it cool and then thicken it. For the thickening agent, you need a deep bowl or other container of your choice.
Break the egg and add it with the yoghurt to the bowl. Add just a little water to make it easier to beat. You need to beat it well so it doesn't get lumpy afterward.
Once beaten well, pour a little of the soup's broth into it and stir to obtain a thick mixture. Add as much broth to it as you can, then pour the whole thing into the pot. When your soup is ready, cut the parsley finely and serve!
