  • leeks - 1 large stalk
  • red pepper - 1 pc.
  • green pepper - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • rice - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • water
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • celery - 2 - 3 leaves

How to make

Pour the water into a pot and place it on the stove to heat up. All of the vegetables are cleaned and washed. The red and green peppers are cut into not very small pieces.

Cut the leek stalk and carrots into circles and after peeling the potatoes, cut them into cubes. The number of potatoes depends on their size.

Shortly before the water boils, when it reaches about 90 degrees, add the already chopped vegetables - leeks, red and green peppers and carrots.

The rice is washed and also added to the boiling vegetables. Once they boil for a while, grate a tomato. Finally, add the potatoes.

When all of the vegetables have softened, the water is thickened with the flour. Remove it from the heat, season it with salt and sprinkle it with a little black pepper.

While the vegetable soup cools slightly, chop the parsley and celery. They are also added to the vegetables and the soup is removed from the heat.

The autumn soup is ready.
