How to make
Cut the chicken into portions, wash it and put it to boil in salted water with the parsley root, carrots and onion. Once cooked, remove the meat and blend the vegetables in the broth.
To these add a cup of cream, breadcrumbs, a pinch of nutmeg and black pepper. Allow it to come to a boil and remove from the heat. Separately, rip the cauliflower and broccoli into florets and boil them in salted water. In a greased tray, mix the cauliflower, broccoli, chicken and pour on the sauce.
Bake in a moderately heated oven to a nice tan. Sprinkle the chicken with cauliflower and broccoli with finely chopped dill.
