How to make
Cut the beef into small cubes. Sear it in melted butter. Once seared, place it on a piece of kitchen roll to absorb the excess grease.
Cut the onions into halves and slice them. Slice the mushrooms as well. Saute them in the same pan that you seared the meat.
Place the beef back into the pan. Add the mustard and wine and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the cream.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer, until the meat is cooked. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh thyme.
