How to make
Wash the meat and cut into chunks. Fry in oil until it turns golden brown, along with the finely chopped onions.
Then add the finely chopped garlic, cleaned and sliced mushrooms, flour /1 tbsp/, grated tomatoes and 1 cup of warm water.
Season with as much black pepper and salt as you desire and add a few slices of lemon. Cook the dish at a moderate temperature until it almost remains in its fat.
Before removing it from the heat, sprinkle it with as much savory herb as you like. Serve it with mashed potatoes.
