Ingredients

  • beef - 21 oz (600 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 1
  • potatoes - 1
  • peas - 1 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil
  • parsley - chopped, fresh
  • celery - 2 - 3 bunches

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces. Put it in a pot in water (about 8 1/3 cups (2 liters)) to boil.

Remove the foam and boil the meat until it becomes completely soft, then salt it. Add a little oil, the chopped, cleaned vegetables and simmer them until they soften.

Finally, season with spices and add chopped parsley and celery.
