  • beef - 2 cups (500 g)
  • peas - 1 can
  • onions - 2 cloves
  • carrots - 2 medium
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • paprika
  • salt

How to make

Fry the meat on all sides and remove it. In the same fat, stew the onions, carrots, add the flour, paprika and tomato paste, diluted with some water.

Pour 2 cups (500 g) water in and add the peas. Return the salted meat and leave it to simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. You can add a little corn as well.
