How to make
Cut the meat into portions and stew them in the butter. Add the chopped onions, flour and fry until golden. Finally, sprinkle them with paprika, stir, salt and add the bay leaf.
Pour in the beer. When it evaporates, top with a little water. Boil the veal stew with beer on low heat until the meat becomes ready.
Serve the stew on a bed of cooked rice and sprinkle it with a little fresh parsley.
