  • heavy cream - 8.5 fl oz (250 ml)
  • fresh milk - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
  • butter - 1 oz (30 g)
  • chicken broth - 1 cube
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • parmesan - 3 tbsp.
  • black pepper - by taste
  • parsley - by taste
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Fry the mushrooms until they're fully cooked.

Add salt and black pepper.

Whip the cream with the milk and mustard, add the chicken broth.
