How to make
Mackerel needs to be very well cleaned from its skin and bones. Cut it into pieces and place it in a bowl.
The pickles are cut with a wavy grater. Finely chop the onion into thin strips and mix it with the mussels and pieces of mackerel.
Add the olives and season with black pepper, lemon and olive oil.
Distribute the salad into individual plates and arrange the sliced pickles at the end of each plate.
