  • smoked mackerel - 1 pc.
  • boiled potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • pickles - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • boiled corn - about 1/2 cup
  • red onion - 1 onion
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 3 - 4 pinches

How to make

The smoked fish is cleaned from the skin and bones. Cut it into pieces and put it in a salad bowl.

Add the medium-sized potatoes, diced pickles, boiled corn and finely chopped red onion into the bowl.

The fish salad is seasoned with freshly squeezed lemon juice and if necessary, a little salt.

Mix, then add the mayonnaise and mix again.

The salad is served chilled.
