How to make
The smoked mackerel is cleaned from its skin and bones. Place it in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
The cream cheese, freshly squeezed juice from half a lemon and ground black pepper (the amount is according to your taste) are added to it.
Salt is not added because the fish is salty enough. All of the ingredients for the fish appetizer are mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The cucumber is washed and cut into strips using a potato peeler. At the base of each strip is placed a spoonful of the prepared fish mixture and then it is rolled up.
Arrange the prepared fish rolls onto a serving plate.
The appetizer with smoked mackerel is decorated with olives and sprigs of fresh parsley.
