Ingredients

  • carrots - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • beer - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Peel the carrots and cut them in half or into fours.

The cumin is mixed with the chopped garlic and olive oil, vinegar and beer.

Pour the marinade over the carrots and let them sit in it for about an hour.

Then transfer everything to a pan, season with salt and pepper and bake for about 45 minutes at 370°F (190 degrees).
