How to make
Cut the meat into suitable pieces and set it aside. Clean the potatoes, leeks and carrots.
Cut the potatoes as for fries, the carrots and the leek into circles. Sprinkle the rabbit meat with salt, paprika, add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix well to flavor the meat.
Lightly grease the clay pot with a little oil, arrange the sliced potatoes, then the meat and on top the leek and carrot rings.
Pour with 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of tomato sauce. Put the clay pot in a cold oven and heat it to 480°F (250°C). Roast the rabbit for an hour and a half.
The rabbit with leeks and carrots in a clay pot is ready.
