How to make
Pour the sunflour oil and olive oil in a bowl and toss in the prawns. Mix well and add the breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper.
Mix well and let them rest in the fridge for an hour.
Thread the prawns onto 4 metal skewers and grill them on a hot barbeque.
Serve the skewers with lemon wedges.
