How to make
Finely chop the onion, peel the carrot and cut it into circles, clean the mushrooms with a brush and clean the spinach from its stems.
Heat some oil in a saucepan and stew the chopped onions and carrots.
Add the sliced mushrooms and spinach. Stir and simmer for a short while until the liquid separated from the mushrooms evaporates.
Add the washed and strained rice, stir, add salt, black pepper, thyme, fresh mint leaves, cut with parsley.
Add enough warm water to cover the products and leave for 3-4 minutes on the stove until the rice expands.
Transfer it into a baking pan and bake the rice in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) until it's fullt cooked.
