How to make
The onions and garlic are cleaned and cut into slices. Place them in a bowl with the other products and mix them well until you get a smooth mixture.
In another large bowl, place a steak, which is greased with the liquid marinade on both sides and then the second steak and so on until you run out of meat and marinade.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least six hours.
The alcohol makes the meat tender and juicy.
The marinade is for about a kilogram of meat.
