"I know from the masters that the tastiest steaks are marinated ones, preferably in a garlic marinade."

Ingredients

  • garlic - 1 head, big
  • parsley - 4 - 5 stalks
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • honey - 1 tbsp, runny
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt
  • oil - 1 tbsp

How to make

In a bowl, put the finely chopped parsley, pressed garlic and the rest of the products, stir well.

Using a teaspoon, pour marinade onto each steak on all sides, try to do so evenly.

Put the steaks away in the fridge for a few hours.

Bake and consume in good company!

Notes: With this marinade I seasoned nearly 4.5 lb (2 kg) of meat. If you don't have white wine you can use red.
