  • tomatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • marjoram
  • parsley
  • pepper - 1 pinch
  • salt - 2 pinches

How to make

Fry the crushed garlic in olive oil until yellow, add the pre-scalded, peeled, and chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper.

Cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft. Finally, add the finely chopped marjoram and parsley.
