How to make
Grind the walnuts and cornflakes and put them in a bowl.
Add the carob powder, protein powder and finely chopped dates.
Add the water and mix well. Roll the protein sweets into ball shapes, as big as a walnut and roll them in the coconut shavings and maybe cocoa.
Leave the sweets in the refrigerator to set.
Enjoy these protein sweets with dates!
