"Delicious protein sweets that are made in no time. Try them!"

Ingredients

  • carob powder - 1 tbsp.
  • walnuts - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • cornflakes - 2 handfuls
  • dates - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • protein powder - 1 tbsp.
  • water - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • coconut shavings - for rolling

How to make

Grind the walnuts and cornflakes and put them in a bowl.

Add the carob powder, protein powder and finely chopped dates.

Add the water and mix well. Roll the protein sweets into ball shapes, as big as a walnut and roll them in the coconut shavings and maybe cocoa.

Leave the sweets in the refrigerator to set.
