Mix all the products and knead a dough. Roll out thus prepared dough into a circle and cut it into triangles. In the triangles, put Turkish delight, jam, chocolate or feta cheese to your liking and wind into a roll.
Next, smear them with egg yolk and bake in a moderate oven. Once removed from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
