Ingredients

  • flour - 2/3 cup (160 g)
  • beer - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • eggs - 3
  • salt
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g), or cheese
  • flour - for rolling

How to make

Make the cheese balls with Pate a frire crumbing. First separate the yolks from the egg whites and beat the egg yolks with the beer.

Add the flour and stir it until you get a uniform mixture. Gently mix the beaten to snow egg whites in and add a pinch of salt.

Roll the pieces of feta cheese in flour first, then in crumbing and fry them in preheated oil.
