Ingredients

  • red peppers - 3 pcs.
  • green peppers - 2 pcs.
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • red onions - 2 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt
  • soy sauce
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • black pepper
  • parsley

How to make

Seed the red and green peppers. Wash them and cut them into large pieces. Peel the onions and cut them in a similar size. Clean the mushrooms and chop them as well. Pour the soy sauce and lemon juice in a deep bowl.

Peel the garlic, chop it finely and add it to the sauce. Chop the parsley and add it as well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in the olive oil and stir well. Marinate the vegetables with the sauce in the fridge for one hour.

Thread the vegetables alternately onto the skewers. Grill them in a preheated oven or on the barbeque.
