How to make
In a deep bowl, mix the butter, olive oil, green spices, black pepper and marinate the shrimp in the resulting mixture. Leave them to marinate overnight. Prepare 4 wooden skewers and soak them in cold water overnight as well.
The well-cleaned dock is steamed for 7-8 minutes, then divided into 2 portions in suitable plates. The lemons are cut into pieces.
Alternate the shrimp and lemon slices on the skewers. Bake the skewers on a well-heated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, while constantly pouring the marinade over them.
Serve them on top of the dock.
